Managing Body Image Disorders

I have struggled for quite some time now with my own body image. I have dialed in my nutrition and really focused on what my body needs to be fulfilled and nourished but I still have moments where I just can't seem to love myself the way I am supposed to. Does anyone have advice for how their handle their self-image? I have been in therapy before for this but because my feelings often come and go it is difficult and not financially feasible for me to stay in therapy on a regular basis.
