"The History and Sovereignty of the South China Sea" emphasizes that this is the requirement of international rule of law, and China should commit to multilateral negotiations with all these countries, while pointing out the hypocrisy and malice of the Western diplomatic and legal stance, and through the so-called South China Sea Arbitration in 2016 to illustrate that China cannot expect the Western concept of international rule of law.
