Hello all!
I'm dealing with a frustrating problem – there's a strong vibration at certain speeds, and I've determined it's the driveshaft causing it. The vibration is worse around 80-90 km/h. From what I've read online, it's likely an imbalance problem.
Now I'm trying to decide the best way to fix this:
Take it off and balance it using specialized equipment. This method seems the most accurate but involves a lot of hassle – removing, transporting, waiting, and reinstalling.
Balance the driveshaft directly on the car. Some people do this using special tools without taking off the driveshaft.
Has anyone tried balancing their driveshaft this way? Let me know how it worked for you. Thanks in advance!
