I think sharpening the saw is a very important part of life. You never really stop learning, right? Professional development is so important with so mnay careers, because there are always new laws, theories, and techniques coming out. As a writer, you never stop honing your grammar practice, as a teacher, you need to continually learn pedagogical theories, and as a nurse, you must learn about new procedures or equipment that is used.
