Meditation Help

Hi guys! So, I've been trying to get into meditation for a while now with no luck. I originally was going to start meditating before bed, but that usually just leads to me feeling sleepy and going to sleep instead. Would mornings be a good solution? Or has anyone found more luck with afternoons/evenings/specific times? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey Alex! I use this app called Headspace: Mediation. I think that it's okay if you get sleepy during meditation while you do it at night, but if you want to be more focused, then I suggest doing it in the afternoon. I suggest afternoons instead of mornings, because you don't want to be sleepy before your day starts. I find the best success from meditating when I am having a bad day or my mental health isn't up to par. I will just drop everything and mediate. I hope this helps!
