A man involved in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol has pleaded guilty to two charges and agreed to cooperate with investigators of the riot under a plea deal.

Graydon Young, a member of the right-wing group Oath Keepers, was charged along with 15 other members of conspiracy to obstruct the certification of the results of the 2020 presidential election.

The Florida-based man pleaded guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of one count of official process, and the second count carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. However, since he agreed to cooperate with the investigation, his sentence may not be as long. He also agreed to pay $2,000 for damage to the Capitol.

Authorities said cameras caught Graydon Young entering the Capitol wearing a helmet and a military tactical vest.

Four other people involved in the unrest have pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges in the past two weeks .

Nearly 500 people have been charged on various counts.

Graydon Young was arrested in February and will face sentencing next month.
