Has anyone here utilized intermittent fasting? I've used it on and off with positive results. I think the main thing it does for me is restricts the total number of hours I can consume calories. For example, I have done 18 and 6 (18 hours fast, 6 hours eating), and found that during the time I can eat I am very full. I also do not get as hungry during my fasting hours. I will say that if I try to workout during the fasting time it seems a bit harder, but caffeine will hit my system much stronger than it would if I had calories in me.
