    It's best to have a support system. If you know you have people who know what you are going through and are there to help, it won't feel so daunting! And I'm sure the people you are afraid to talk to now have gone through this as well, so try not to look at them as above you.

    Hmm, very good quote. I actually do find myself feeling more creative when I use my creativity. When I was in an art class, I found that I wanted to do more creative things afterwards. The same goes for being productive. When I do a few productive things in a row, I find myself wanting do more!

    It would build the muscles so that they are more even, so you don't have to rely so much on one hand. It would also be helpful to be able to use your weaker hand if you happen to hurt your dominant hand and can't use it for a while!

    Why do we procrastinate and how do we stop

    One way I get myself to stop procrastinating is giving myself something to look forward to and tell myself I can't do it unless I finish the task first. For example, if I have to write a paper I tell my friend I can't hang out tonight unless I finish the paper I have to do. It usually works!

    Exercise Makes for a More Productive Day

    Try using a personal trainer! That way you are accountable to someone who is counting on you showing up and you look forward to completing that goal for the day. Like when your dogs needed you to give them exercise, you'd feel that you need to meet with the trainer. 🙂

    I have been trying to stay more positive even when things happen that I don't like. I tend to get in bad moods when these things happen and let it ruin most of my day. What do you do to stay positive when you get frustrated?

    Starting the day with good habits

    I get ready for the day as soon as I get up, even if I'm staying home, because I feel more lazy if I stay in pajamas. I also do easy tasks like laundry and dishes in the morning so I don't have to do them later and have more time for more difficult tasks in the afternoon.

    Maybe you could try doing voice memos on your phone while you are busy with your baby, that way you have some ideas to write about while the baby is asleep. Sometimes it is also necessary to try to get someone to watch the baby for a couple hours just so you can get some quality work done.

    I often recognize I am dreaming and can control it, but I also have over 10 very detailed dreams a night that I remember which is more than everyone I know. I actually would rather not dream because it hurts my sleep and I don't know how to stop it, so I don't really have any tips! haha
