    Insight from Lady Gaga

“When I wake up in the morning, I feel like any other insecure 24-year-old girl. Then I say,'B*tch, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today.” I tell myself this every time I am having a tough time getting motivated or am feeling like an imposter.

    Forming New Habits

I highly suggest reading the book "The Power of Habits" by Charles Duhigg. It looks into both how to create habits but also the psychology of habits. It's like self-help plus cognitive behavioral therapy.
