The biggest thing for me is getting prepared the night before. I could wake up an hour earlier each morning and still be frazzled! This step saves me so much time and stress!
I also have a terrible fear of flying but I LOVE traveling. Honestly, the only help I've found is using anti-anxiety medications when needed from my doctor. Sometimes there just no way to cope with it.
A really simple thing, planning ahead with a calendar and setting notifications has really helped me adjust to a regular work out schedule. Setting notifications on an app, Smartwatch/Fitbit helps to remind you and make you feel accountable.
I agree! It's much easier to start making a habit of something you already do occasionally.
My resolution for the year is to do a cartwheel, not crazy, but definitely a goal I haven't met yet.
