    Empowering Self-Talk

Yes, you have to think and speak these affirmations in order for them to manifest in your real life. It makes sense because confidence and feeling good about yourself starts from within. I like to repeat them in the mirror or even random times during the day. It's a good habit to develop certainly.

Keep pushing forward even if you have setbacks.

I think the best is allowing yourself to take time to grieve or feel bad, but knowing when it's time to pull yourself out of the funk and forget about it so you can keep it pushing.

    Too much social media

I know this feeling! You can't help but look but it truly wastes your time - flipping back from Instagram to Twitter and back again. It;'s like an addiction. Your Morning Routine For Success

I work from home now so it's important for me to still do the morning routine that I did when I worked a regular 9-5. I make sure to wake up at least an hour before I start working so I can have time to do those things, make breakfast, walk the dog, etc. It's much better for me now.

I came for the work, stayed for the content.

I could honestly say the same! This is a really cool, empowering forum. Usually, the internet can be a source of so much inner turmoil and negativity so I love that there is something like this focusing on self-improvement.

    How to keep your savings

When I was working full-time, I'd religiously follow the 50-30-20 rule which means you spend 50% of your income on your living expenses, spend 30% on fun times/experiences and save 20%. If you're able to do it, it's totally worth it. It doesn't necessarily even have to be those amounts but if...
