    Working from home

Another great topic. I am in the process of transitioning to remote work so all of the ideas are very useful. I worked from home years ago but not online. There many things I still need to refine and thanks to all of these suggestions the process should go smoother.

    Free Memory Training Series

Excellent blog. Thanks for sharing. It looks like a one stop shop for all things productive. I need to explore it more which I will be doing over the next few days. I looks like there is that much valuable information.

    Competitive "recreational" play

Excellent point about the "doesn't always win". I never got a trophy for participating when I was younger and I feel like it taught me that you had to work to have a chance at success and even then it is not guaranteed. As you said that is an important life lesson.

    Competitive "recreational" play

As someone who enjoys playing sports and who is very competitive, I still realize that it is a game and I am not being paid to play. Basically I practice good sportsmanship and enjoy the experience. Some however find it necessary to use the win at all cost attitude. I have people tell me about...

    Positive self-talk

Great question and answer. I love the "thank you for waiting" quote. It is easy to get caught up in negatives in our daily lives and it is good to have things like this thread to help get back on track.

    How to not give up

I always wanted to play the guitar. I took lessons and stopped several times in my life. I guess I just thought I wanted to play the guitar since in other areas of work and life I excelled and did what was needed to accomplish the goals. I believe that when you find the right thing you will know...

    Creating YouTube channel

You seem like you have a background in media so you aware of the huge time commitment necessary to produce a videos with pre and post production. I do not know what niche might be best for you and I realize it is a difficult decision but my guess is you might know best. That's just my guess...

    Dealing with credit card debt

JBee described something along the lines of the Dave Ramsey debt snowball method, just not as intense. Good ideas though as paying the lowest balance first shows progress which helps to keep you motivated. After all, succeeding is partially about having the ability to change your behavior.

    Starting a Podcast

Congratulations! is there a theme to it? I listen to podcasts often. It is very convenient and is often a better use of time than screen time. I see more podcasts appearing all the time. It makes for many choices. Good luck!

    Breaking the “sugar addiction”

I have heard many times about how there is too much sugar in our diets. I am by no means an expert but I have seen enough to try to cut down on it. Limiting sugar is difficult to do if you look at labels. I am still searching for more info regarding how to limit it.

    Problems with sleep schedule

I have sleep issues because of my career. I do not have much to offer in the way of solving these issues since the things that help me a bit are not nearly as good as what I read above. So I will try some of these and see if I can get more rest. I do find it interesting however that when I...

    Free Memory Training Series

Interesting approach to solving everyday issues that many of us experience. Like many, I have a difficult time remembering names. This is something I am not proud of. I have in the past made an excuse right up front when meeting people by trying to make a joke and said that I will likely forget...
